JOB DESCRIPTION: * Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate activities and personnel. * Participate in design review of engineering plans, and in the development of construction project activities to include organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. * Deliver high quality finished projects on time, within budget, according to approved plans, and in compliance with safety program requirements. * Manage completion of periodic review and reconciliation of financial data to ensure proper job cost coding of construction expenditures. * Evaluate field and office staff performance goals including budget, schedule and safety.
